What is Mental health?
When you search this on social media, you find: “Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.”
Also, is a topic ignored by most of us but crucial. Our mental health can affect our daily living, work, relationships and physical condition. Therefore, it's a must for us to take a deep look into this significant topic and that's exactly what brings me to today's subject of our blog: Mental Health Matters.
One of the most important aspects of good mental health is being around people who are good for our mental health.
We must surround ourselves with people that respect us, value us and make us feel appreciated. Your circle creates a huge impact on your personality.
Sometimes, we're comparing ourselves with others, which one should never do. Remember: “The beauty of others isn’t the absence of your own.” No one's perfect and we must accept the fact that everybody is unique in their own ways. It's important to focus on the good and stay positive at every stage of life, beginning from early childhood to our adulthood.
Why is mental health and well-being so important in our lives?
Positive mental health helps us to stay healthy and lead a joyful lifestyle. A healthy mind helps us to function well and become a better version of ourselves with time.
We must centralize on the good part. Staying positive is necessary for good mental health.
Love is important but so is mutual respect, being heard and seen, trust and support. Your feelings are valid. Believe that better days are coming, and I hope all negative and bad vibes escape from your life.
